Training & workshops

Turn a team into fluent Claude users in two or three sittings.

We run small, hands-on programs for marketing teams, ops teams, editorial teams, C-suites. No slideware, no frameworks. Real prompts on your real work, until the team starts answering its own questions.

Every session leaves a residue: a library of prompts, a shared vocabulary, and at least one internal champion who now owns the practice.

We build automations that sit where your team is already bleeding hours: inbox triage, spreadsheet reconciliation, first-draft reports, research summaries, onboarding flows. Built on Claude, MCP, and whatever stack you already pay for.

Nothing black-box. Every agent ships with a plain-language README and a shutdown switch.

Strategy & play

Two weeks, not two quarters.

We don't diagnose your company from the outside. We play inside it. Give us one domain expert from your team, and we'll learn your problem by doing it — by shipping a prototype by the end of week two, together.

We refuse engagements that begin with a maturity assessment. Strategy decks don't ship. Prototypes do.
